The Challenge

A leading tier-1 automotive parts manufacturer was utilizing a heavily modified, decentralized SAP ECC 6.0 setup across multiple global production facilities. This led to severe bottlenecks in multi-site supply chain coordination, high system latency, excessive infrastructure overhead (TCO), and delayed month-end financial consolidations. Over 15 years of custom ABAP developments had created extreme technical debt, rendering standard updates impossible.

Our Solution

ARRYASYS designed and executed a complete Greenfield transition path to SAP S/4HANA. We instituted a strict Clean Core architectural framework that successfully isolated necessary customizations from the core ERP layers using SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Decoupled Extensions and standard Event Mesh APIs. The system landscape was consolidated onto an optimized, secure private cloud hosting setup on AWS, establishing deep data integrity and automated compliance checking.

A multinational consumer goods retailer was experiencing a huge surge in daily support ticket backlogs across their logistics system. Warehouse worker productivity was severely impacted due to outdated, complex desktop-only SAP GUI screens. In addition, critical batch jobs regularly failed during high-traffic promotional periods, resulting in severe processing delays and customer delivery disruption.

Our Solution

ARRYASYS established a proactive global Application Management Services (AMS) support structure. Instead of reacting to errors, we deployed automated, continuous performance monitoring tools to capture and resolve batch anomalies before they impacted transactions. Concurrently, our mobility experts designed and launched a series of custom, responsive SAP Fiori mobile portals utilizing the UI5 framework. These streamlined key receiving, sorting, and dispatch workflows directly on warehouse RF guns and tablets.
